Halloween Giveway at West Broad Honda

Official Rules

1. Sponsor. West Broad Honda, 7014 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294 (“Sponsor”)

2. No purchase necessary. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry period. The Be the Halloween Hero Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins [DAY], October 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter. During the Entry Period, follow @westbroadhonda on Instagram and comment “CANDY” on the designated Sweepstakes post. Both steps are required for a valid entry. Entrant must have a valid Instagram account and must comply with Instagram's terms of use. Following and commenting are free and require no purchase or payment of any kind. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional comments will not count as additional entries. Sponsor will confirm that the selected entrant follows @westbroadhonda at the time of the drawing. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Incomplete or late entries are void.

6. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded: an assortment of full-size candy bars, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $150.00. Candy brands, varieties, and quantity are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for reviewing product packaging for ingredient and allergen information before consuming or distributing the candy. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

7. Winner selection and notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about Thursday, October 29, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from @westbroadhonda on the day of the drawing. Sponsor will only contact the winner from the official @westbroadhonda account and will never ask for payment, account passwords, or financial information. The potential winner must respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries, subject to the same twenty-four (24) hour response requirement.

8. Prize pickup. The prize must be claimed in person at West Broad Honda, 7014 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294, during Sales hours and no later than 6:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, October 31, 2026. The winner must present valid government-issued photo ID at pickup and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, Instagram handle, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. Releases and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., American Honda Motor Co., Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or distribution of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunction or human error.

11. General conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

12. Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.

13. Instagram release. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. in full. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
