Official Rules

1. Sponsor. West Broad Honda, 7014 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294 ("Sponsor").

2. No purchase necessary. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry period. The Sweepstakes begins Wednesday, September 16, 2026 and ends Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period").

5. How to enter. During the Entry Period, follow @westbroadhonda on Instagram and tag one (1) friend in the comments of the designated Sweepstakes post. Both steps are required for a valid entry. Entrant must have a valid Instagram account and must comply with Instagram's terms of use. Do not tag any person who has not consented to being tagged. Following and commenting are free and require no purchase or payment of any kind. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Incomplete or late entries are void.

Sponsor is separately offering a YETI Tundra 45 hard cooler to customers who purchase or lease a new Honda Ridgeline during this period. That offer is a gift with purchase and is not an entry in this Sweepstakes. Purchasing or leasing a vehicle does not enter you in the drawing and does not affect your chances of winning.

6. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded: one YETI Tundra 45 hard cooler, approximate retail value ("ARV") $325.00. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

7. Winner selection and notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about Thursday, October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message or comment reply within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize pickup. The prize must be claimed in person at West Broad Honda, 7014 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294, within fourteen (14) days of notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. Releases and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., American Honda Motor Co., Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunction or human error.

11. General conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

12. Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.

13. Instagram release. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. in full. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
