Below you will find details of some of our amenities we offer at West Broad Honda to our service customers:
v Our cozy Customer Lounge has a large screen cable T.V., daily newspapers, a variety of magazines, wireless internet service, fresh donuts, hot coffee, a variety of flavored hot tea and hot chocolate along with a basket of variety bagged snacks for you to enjoy while your vehicle is being serviced.
v If your visit to our dealership requires you to bring the little ones they are always welcome. We have a special Children Lounge area located just off the front show room. We have several toys such as blocks, books, puzzles, coloring books etc. We also have a T.V. with a DVD player and a variety of children's DVD's to keep them entertained during the stay.
v We also offer an Early Bird/Night Owl drop off service. For our customers who cannot make it to the dealership during our normal business hours and would like to leave their vehicle for service, you may do so by simply filling out the envelope located next to the service bay door. Once it is completed drop it in the slot on the pedestrian door and we will receive it as soon as we open the next business day.
v Once your service is completed, if you need to pick your vehicle up after our regular business hours, please contact the cashier's office and they can assist you with the lock and load service. 804-915-4469.
v We offer a Courtesy Shuttle service to our customers. Our routes are limited to the following area's Monday - Friday:
Our West End Shuttle service leaves at 7:50 am and offers return service back to the dealership until 4:45 pm.
Our Downtown Shuttle service leaves at 8:40 am and offers return service back to the dealership until 4:00 pm.
Our West Creek Shuttle service leaves at 9:30 am and offers return service back to the dealership until 3:45 pm.
