Thanks again. It is such a stressful TASK to look for and make a satisfying decision on buying a car. This past weekend, before I arrived in Richmond I did not look forward to this task at all. When my family and I started looking around at the West Broad Honda cars we had no clue that the outstanding, intelligent, friendly and caring persons like Shawn Hicks and Mike Jefferson were there to help. Please keep up the personal touch you have in doing what you do best....they need good men like you! I would like to comment on my experience with your dealership. The salesperson that I dealt with was Walter Jones. I typically don't run into this level of service especially at a car dealership. Walter worked with me to get the sale of the car. It was actually a smooth transition. We even dealt with some issues with the car with no runaround. If Walter is any indication of what this dealership represents, then I will continue to do business with West Broad Honda. Everyone at West Broad Honda treated me and my wife with utmost courtesy and we got a great deal as well. It all began with you over the internet, so tell your manager I said it was your good pricing and responsiveness that brought me in the door. I start with the internet, and then buy from whomever gives me the best price and treats me the best, as this is a competitive business and I could have gone anywhere. Jack is an excellent salesman and did everything I asked during the deal! He also worked with the team there at West Broad and they found the exact color van my wife wanted and dealer exchanged with Virginia Beach to get it quickly and with low miles, which was important to me and my wife. Jack also spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with my wife as she had a lot of interest and questions about her new minivan. Hank in the business office spent a lot of time with us to work out the exact payment we needed and made the experience easy! Just before we were ready to leave my wife remembered she wanted extra interior mats so she and Jack went to parts and they were excellent as well and she got a good price, so we bought that accessory too. As a long time and satisfied owner of six Honda Accords bought from West Broad Honda, not enough can be said of it's sales and service departments and their true devotion to customer concerns and satisfaction. The service department is outstanding and efficient. I have always found Honda's to be of high quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend West Broad Honda for any new or used Honda vehicle and their service department for any presently owned Honda.
