I love West Broad Honda! They have Saturday hours which is great for my schedule and a very nice waiting area to relax in while I wait. The employees are very personable and explain in detail what needs to be done. They even made a follow up call to make sure my car was running right.

have had three Hondas over the last 15 years and have taken all of them to West Broad Honda Service, even though I bought them from another dealer. They have done all the warranty maintenance for all my Hondas. They are reasonably priced and the last visit was for a free courtesy oil change so it cost me nothing.It is always easy to get an appointment. They often do the work while I run across the street for breakfast. They are efficient and curious. Even though I have a good personal mechanic for my older car I have continued to take my Honda to them after the warranty ran out. They know Hondas.
