Our Finance Promise to you: Once you agree upon a sale price please meet with one of our Finance Managers to discuss finance terms. If you do not like or agree with our finance terms or feel that you can get a better finance rate with another financial institution then take our vehicle with you and bring a check back to us. The kinds of Private Information we collect about you or your account are described below. This Privacy Notice applies whether you are our current or former customer.

- Information about your transactions with us or others, such as your account balance and payment history.

We may disclose Private Information (described above) under the following circumstances:
- To marketing Service Providers and Joint Marketing Partners. We may disclose all Private Information to companies that perform marketing services for us or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
